Manor Park Classics photographed PHB 645Y in 2023. Its vendor believed the vehicle served Gwent before industrial use, but the auction reported no supporting history paperwork and did not warrant the low mileage. The model follows the preserved vehicle’s visible fittings and County Fire Service lettering. Small badges are simplified. Handling is game tuning.
