Mersey Tunnels Police 90
Mersey Tunnels Police’s 1990 white Defender 90 hard top, with a red stripe edged in blue, TUNNEL POLICE door lettering and a blue roof lightbar.
History
Alan Matthews’ vehicle history identifies the force’s last traditional Land Rover as a red-striped 90 from 1990. The matching gallery photograph shows registration H228 HWM, a solid-sided white hard top and TUNNEL POLICE lettering. The force history states that Discovery vehicles replaced the earlier Land Rovers in 1991.
The image originally attached to the queue shows an earlier Series pickup. This model instead follows the correct 90 photograph in the same source gallery. The small force badge is simplified at game scale.
